At SARA MANSOUR, we are committed to providing a refined shopping experience and products of the highest quality. Please review our Exchange & Return Policy before completing your purchase.
1. Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Products that have been custom-made or altered upon the customer’s request.
Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
2. Exchanges
Products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the availability of the requested size or item.
The product must be in its original, unused condition.
If the requested size is unavailable, it may be exchanged for another product, with any price difference settled accordingly.
3. Shipping
If the exchange or return is due to an error by the store or a manufacturing defect, SARA MANSOUR will cover all shipping costs.
If the exchange or return is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Refund requests will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe determined by the bank or payment service provider.
